Our Story
We're Claire and Grace, sisters who have shared countless cups of coffee and conversations that shaped our friendship and faith. Over the years, we dreamed of creating something together that combined our love for people, coffee, and Christ. What started as a small idea has become a calling to serve others and reflect His love through every interaction.
"Scott" is our maiden name, a reminder of the family and faith that shaped who we are. Scott's Coffee was born from that heart: a desire to bring people together, spark meaningful moments, and share the joy of Christ, one cup at a time.

With over seven years in food service, Claire has developed a deep love for hospitality and genuine connection. She believes every cup of coffee is an opportunity to reflect the love of Jesus through kindness, care, and intentional service. Grace
Founder & CEO
Grace values intentionality, creativity, and real connection. She finds joy in the little details that make people feel seen. Her thoughtful nature shines through Scott's Coffee. Her intentional spirit helps create moments of comfort and community, and she hopes each guest experiences the warmth of connection and love of Christ through every cup.
