Claire brings over seven years of food service experience and a deep love for hospitality to Scott's Coffee. She believes every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel seen, valued, and cared for, and her heart for people shapes every guest experience.
Grace | Co-Founder
Grace brings creativity, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail to Scott's Coffee. She finds joy in creating warm, welcoming spaces and pays close attention to details that make people feel cared for. Her intentional approach helps turn simple moments into meaningful connections for every guest.

We're Claire and Grace, sisters whose friendship and faith have been shaped by countless cups of coffee and meaningful conversations. Over time, those moments grew into a shared desire to create something together than reflected our love for people, hospitality, and Christ.
