Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and/or booking services with Scott’s Coffee (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use this website or book our services.

Services Description

Scott’s Coffee is a sister-owned mobile coffee cart providing handcrafted drinks and hospitality services for events and gatherings across North Carolina.
When you book our services, you agree to all service details, pricing, policies, and event terms outlined in your quote or contract.

Booking & Payment

A booking fee of $250 is required to reserve your event date.
Hourly rates and add-ons apply as outlined in our pricing page.
Travel fee and mileage charges apply where specified.
Full payment or remaining balance is due by the event date, or as specified in your invoice/contract.

Cancellation & Reschedule

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the event may be rescheduled based on availability.
The booking fee is non-refundable (refer to our Refund Policy for details).
If you cancel within 14 days of the event, you forfeit the booking fee and may be subject to additional charges.

Event Site Conditions

You agree to provide a safe and accessible setup area, power source (if required), and comply with venue rules and restrictions.
We are not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to weather, venue issues, or third-party disruptions.

Add-ons, Changes & Extra Charges

Any add-ons (branded cups, custom menus, mileage beyond 20 miles, etc.) requested will incur additional fees.
Changes made by the client shall be communicated in writing and may be subject to new availability or charges.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, images, and materials on this website and used in our services are the property of Scott’s Coffee or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott’s Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or booking of services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
