Refund Policy

At Scott’s Coffee, we value the time and care that go into preparing every event. Because each booking reserves a specific date and setup, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

 

Booking Fee
A non-refundable $250 booking fee is required to reserve your event date. This fee covers administrative time, event planning, and the commitment of that date to your event.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event may be eligible for rescheduling, based on our availability.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your event are non-refundable.

  • If Scott’s Coffee must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the booking fee.

  • Scott’s Coffee is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Rescheduled Events
If your event is rescheduled within one year of the original date, we’ll apply your booking fee toward the new booking, provided we’re available.

 

Custom Add-ons
Payments made toward custom add-ons such as branded cups, custom signage, or menu materials are non-refundable once production has begun.

 

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Agreement and Policy Connection
This Refund Policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions. By booking with Scott’s Coffee, you acknowledge and agree to both policies.
